Overlooking the Loch of Stenness, the Standing Stones Hotel offers the ideal starting point for exploring all of Orkney. Set well back from the main Stromness to Kirkwall road, the views over the loch are stunning, and at midsummer the sunsets are magnificent.

We are here to ensure your comfort and relaxation as you enjoy a memorable holiday in Orkney.Our accommodation comprises twelve twin, two double and three single rooms. All have en-suite facilities, are well-appointed with telephone, colour television and radio. Tea and coffee making facilities and a hair dryer are also provided for your added convenience.

When dining, the Brodgar Restaurant enjoys spectacular views across Stenness Loch, looking towards the famous Standing Stones and the Ring of Brodgar, both World Heritage sites. Our excellent Table d'Hôte or à la Carte menu incorporates local ingredients whenever they are in season.
