New Breckan is a modern self-catering cottage situated in Harray - the only inland parish in Orkney. It is in a very central location with a Post Office, Pottery, Church, Shop, Tea-room and free fishing loch all within a one mile radius.

There are many archaeological sites to visit in neighbouring parishes and further afield. The cottage is self contained with living-room including T.V and radio/CD player, bedroom with double bed, fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator and shower-room with toilet and wash basin.

There are time switched panel convector heaters in the living-room and bedroom. Electricity is charged extra according to usage.
